Licensing
To be eligible to apply for a Class 2 Real Estate Licence, you will be required to complete the Qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Completion of this course will provide you with knowledge of the legislative requirements, ethical and conduct standards and requirements of both Property Management and Sales functions within the industry under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 and its Regulations 2022 and the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and its Regulations 2019.
To be eligible to make application through NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence, you must have held your certificate of registration for at least 12 months and have completed a work experience logbook signed off by the Licensee in Charge.
Real Estate Licence Course - CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
The qualification requires the completion of eighteen (18) units of competency comprising of five (5) core and thirteen (13) elective units of competency
We have developed a training program to suit both Salespeople and Property Managers with the option to choose 3 elective units that focus on the Auctioneering units or Property Management units.
Dual Licence Course (Real Estate and Stock & Station) - CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
The dual licence qualification requires completions of eighteen (18) units of competency comprising of five (5) core and thirteen (13) elective units of competency. On successful completion of this course, you will have completed the educational requirements to apply for a class 2 dual agents licence with NSW Fair Trading which includes both real estate and stock & station categories.

Stock and Station Conversion Course
This course has been developed in line with NSW Fair Trading requirements for those wanting to apply for the stock and station category who already hold a real estate licence. Successful completion of these units will allow application to add the stock and station category to an existing real estate licence (class 1 or class 2).
There are no Pre-requisites required to undertake these units of competency, however, you must hold a current Real Estate Licence with NSW Fair Trading.
The course consist of 5 units of competency comprising of 4 Livestock units and 1 Rural Property unit from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Qualification.

Distance Learning
We also offer this course by distance learning – a self-paced program which will suit people who like to learn in their own time.
You are given 24 months to complete this course by distance learning. You will be provided with contact details trainers who can assist you during your training.
