Real Estate and Stock and StationAre you ready to join the real estate industry? If so, this is your first step. You are required by NSW Fair Trading to obtain a Statement of Attainment for five units of competency. This is where we come in. Our course will give you the relevant units of competency and a wealth of knowledge to begin your career in the real estate industry. Once you have successfully completed this course and have received your Statement of Attainment, you are then required to lodge an application with NSW Fair Trading to apply for a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent Real Estate and/or Stock and Station. This allows you to work in a real estate office as a salesperson, property manager, stock and station agent or as administration working under a Licensee in Charge. |  |
