Certificate IV In Real Estate Practice (Stock and Station Agency)

This course consists of 18 units of competency. It has been developed for those who wish to sell and manage rural land and sell livestock.

If you list, market and sell property over 20 Hectares, you are required to hold a stock and station agents licence in order to perform these functions

Do you want to add stock and station to your existing real estate licence? If so, we can help!

To be eligible to apply for the stock and station category, you must complete five units of competency covering livestock and rural property. Successful completion of these five units will allow application through NSW Fair Trading for adding stock and station to your existing class 1 or class 2 licence.
