Property Management Workshop

As a result of training around NSW, we have found a need for specialised property management training. We have developed a workshop in consultation with industry experts to assist with all levels of property management.

 

This is a full day workshop covering lease agreements, notices, time management, domestic violence, material fact, non-compliance plus many more topics and is available to all property managers, property officers and property management staff.

 

Successful completion of this workshop will provide 12 CPD points

Prepare and Present at Tribunal

This course has been developed in consultation with a former tribunal member and industry experts and covers preparing evidence and applications, presenting at conciliation, presenting at hearings, persuading member to make orders, enforcing orders and responding to or appealing decisions.

 

3 hours + self study

 

Successful completion of this workshop will provide 12 CPD points
