Continuing Professional Development(CPD) 2025-26The CPD year for ALL agents now runs from the 1st July to the 30th June the following year in line with the financial year. CPD training can still be completed any time during this period regardless of your renewal date. You will still need to renew your Licence on your usual renewal date. Unique Training Providers has been approved by NSW Fair Trading to deliver the Compulsory CPD topics for the 2025-26 CPD year. Please use the following link to the approved providers. You will see us listed under C4urself Training PTY LTD Trading as Unique Training Providers. Licensed agents must complete all compulsory topics relevant to their category of licence and area of practice. Compulsory topics must be delivered in a face-to-face interactive training environment or an interactive webinar. Unlike previous years, you are no longer able to complete CPD by online self-paced training. Class 1 agents have an additional requirement to spend a minimum of five hours attending a NSW Fair Trading accredited event. Licensees-in-charge must have all CPD training detailed in the training plan for the agency, and this may be made up of topics most relevant to you. | ![]() |

Real Estate – Salespeople and Buyers Agents - $350

Must complete:
· A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 compulsory CPD topics.
Ø Privacy Law Reforms
Ø Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
Ø Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Additional:
· A minimum of 3 hours of face-to-face training delivered by an approved provider on the Residential Tenancies Law Reform
Real Estate – Property Managers - $350
(This price excludes the 3-hour Residential Tenancy Law Reforms Workshop)
Must complete:
· A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 compulsory CPD topics.

Ø Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
Ø Navigating NCAT
Additional:
· A minimum of 3 hours of face-to-face training delivered by an approved provider on the Residential Tenancies Law Reform
Must complete:
· A minimum of 5 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 4 compulsory CPD topics.

Ø Retail and Commercial Leasing (including Heads of Agreement).
Real Estate – Short-term Leasing Managers - $350
Must complete:
· A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 compulsory CPD topics.
Ø Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
Ø Regulatory framework including NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry
Ø Regulatory change in strata 2025.
