Real Estate – Salespeople and Buyers Agents

General Topics Only (4 hours) - $350 

or 

General Topics + 3-hour Residential Tenancy Law Reforms Topic (7 hours) - $550

Must complete:

·  A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 general CPD topics. 

Ø  Privacy Law Reforms

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

 

Additional:

·  A minimum of 3 hours of face-to-face training on the Residential Tenancy Law Reforms 

 

Real Estate – Property Managers

General Topics Only (4 hours) - $350 

or 

General Topics + 3-hour Residential Tenancy Law Reforms Topic (7 hours) - $550

Must complete:

·  A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 general CPD topics. 

Ø  Privacy Law Reforms

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Navigating NCAT

 

Additional:

·  A minimum of 3 hours of face-to-face training delivered by an approved provider on the Residential Tenancy Law Reforms

 

  Real Estate – Commercial - $399

Must complete:

·  A minimum of 5 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 4 compulsory CPD topics.

Ø  Privacy Law Reforms

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

Ø  Retail and Commercial Leasing (including Heads of Agreement).

   

Real Estate - Short-term Leasing Managers - $350

Must complete:

·  A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 general CPD topics. 

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Regulatory framework including NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry

Ø  Regulatory change in strata 2025.

 

  Stock and Station - $399

Must complete:

·  A minimum of 5 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 4 general CPD topics. 

Ø  Privacy Law Reforms

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

Ø  Biosecurity, Disease preparedness & Incident Response 

 

 

Strata Licence - $350 

Must complete: 

·  A minimum of 4 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 3 general CPD topics. 

Ø  Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace

Ø  Regulatory change in strata 2025

Ø  Contracts and contracting

 

Additional:

·  A minimum of 1 hour completing the mandatory additional online TAFE module on disclosures and fiduciary duty


Dual Agents - Real Estate & Stock and Station– Salespeople

General Topics Only (5 hours) - $399

OR

General Topics + 3-hour Residential Tenancy Law Reforms (8 hours) - $599

Must complete: 

·  A minimum of 5 hours of interactive training delivered by an approved provider covering the following 4 general CPD topics.

Further Training - Short Courses

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Assistant Agents


Assistant Agent - must complete at least 3 units from the relevant Certificate IV Qualification each year as a pathway to Licence within four years.

If you hold a certificate in several different categories, you will need to complete units of competency to cover each category of your certificate.

For example:

  • if you hold a certificate in both real estate and stock and station, you will be required to complete units from the dual licence course.
  • If you hold a certificate in both real estate and strata, you will be required to completed units from both qualifications (6 units of competency)
